Description
Green tea is made of 4 steps: picking buds, wilting, jarring and drying. To prevent oxidation of tea, the tea is picked up quickly, the process is very rapid wilt, and immediately stop the oxidation by fried or steamed. High temperatures cause the enzymes in tea leaves to stop functioning.
Green tea is shaped by rubbing on the hands, pressing on the pan, crumpling or rolling, creating a variety of shapes. Green tea usually contains green tea or yellow tea, has a burning smell (fried tea) or smells young (steamed tea), chit.
